About this Role
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has exciting opportunities for dancers who can demonstrate technical proficiency in a variety of styles including jazz, musical theater, ballet, and modern. Partnering skills, break dancing, tumbling, tap, or other specialties are a plus. Dancers perform in multiple high-energy shows per day to connect with our guests and create memories that last a lifetime.

Shows run daily throughout the year and a variety of employment periods are available.

Day & evening shifts are available, depending on the show.

We are looking for female dancers in the 5’2” to 5’10” height range.
- We are looking for male dancers that are height 5’6” or taller.

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of the audition.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $13.24
Prepare for the Audition
- You will be taught a brief dance combination at the audition. Please arrive on time to learn and perform for the audition team.
- Auditioning can be a lengthy process; you may be asked to stay for a callback.
- Please arrive early enough to stretch and warm up before the audition begins.
- Please wear form fitting dance attire that allows a full range of movement. Bring ballet shoes, jazz shoes and/or character heels, and wear the appropriate footwear for each combination and/or the role you are auditioning for.
- Prepare a resume and headshot, which will be retained by the audition team.
