How to Submit a Video Audition
Although live auditions are always preferred, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay does accept video submissions in lieu of attending an audition.
- Please download and complete the audition form and include it with your submission.
- Please include a headshot, resume and current contact information.
- Include a 5-7 minute video compilation showcasing your talent, based on the requirements below.
- If you have multiple disciplines, put your strongest discipline first and limit your audition to 10 minutes.
- Please note: You may be asked to attend a live audition at a later date.

In your submission, please include the following:
Vocalists
- 1 minute introduction of yourself and your pieces
- Vocal styles should include pop, and may also include rock, contemporary musical theatre and/or jazz
- Any examples that showcase your dance abilities in the areas of jazz, tap, ballet, or hip hop
- You may also include a 1 minute comedic/family-friendly monologue (not required)
- Examples of previous professional performing experiences
Dancers
- 1 minute introduction of yourself and your pieces
- Across the floor combinations that include (done on both sides):
- Leaps
- Pirouettes
- Battements
- Any tumbling skills
- Please include combinations that include the following styles:
- Lyrical Jazz
- Broadway Jazz
- Contemporary Pop
- Examples of previous professional performing experiences
Actors
- 1 minute introduction of yourself and your pieces
- 2 contrasting monologues (family-friendly) in contemporary theatre or comedic style
- Examples of previous professional performing experiences that show large physicality
Instrumentalists
- 1 minute introduction of yourself and your pieces
- Two 1 minute audition pieces on your instrument; please start with your strongest piece
- Examples of previous professional experiences
Costumed Characters and Stilt Walkers
